Tropical Protein Piña Colada Ice Cream

Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop of our protein powder

  • 1 tsp shredded coconut (optional)

  • Optional: a few ice cubes for extra chill

Instructions:

  1. Place frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, and protein powder in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a few ice cubes if you want a thicker, icier texture.

  3. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer consistency.

  4. Sprinkle with shredded coconut before serving for garnish.
