Ingredients (1 large serving or 2 small):

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

½ cup fresh pineapple chunks (frozen works too)

½ grapefruit (juice only)

½ cup chilled coconut water

1 scoop (5 g) creatine monohydrate

1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for extra sweetness)

Ice cubes to taste

(Optional) fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Blend the pineapple with orange juice, grapefruit juice, and coconut water until smooth.

Strain if you prefer a lighter texture (keeping the fiber makes it more nutritious).
