Tropical Energy Juice With Creatine

Ingredients (1 large serving or 2 small):

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks (frozen works too)

  • ½ grapefruit (juice only)

  • ½ cup chilled coconut water

  • 1 scoop (5 g) creatine monohydrate

  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • Ice cubes to taste

  • (Optional) fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend the pineapple with orange juice, grapefruit juice, and coconut water until smooth.

  2. Strain if you prefer a lighter texture (keeping the fiber makes it more nutritious).

  3. Add the scoop of creatine and stir until fully dissolved.

  4. Pour over ice, garnish with mint or basil, and add an orange slice on the rim.
