Smoothie Bowl

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (30g) of your favorite protein

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (trust me, it makes it creamy without affecting the taste)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust for consistency)

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional – for that classic red velvet tang)

  • Sweetener to taste (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)

  • A few ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Toppings (customizable)

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

  • Cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings

  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

  • Nut butter drizzle (almond or peanut)

Instructions:

  1. Add all base ingredients to a high-speed blender

  2. Blend until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick, add a splash more almond milk. If too thin, add more frozen banana or cauliflower

  3. Pour into a bowl and smooth out the top

  4. Decorate with your favorite toppings and enjoy immediately!
