1 small frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (trust me, it makes it creamy without affecting the taste)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust for consistency)

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional – for that classic red velvet tang)

Sweetener to taste (stevia, monk fruit, or honey)

A few ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)
Toppings (customizable)

Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

Cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings

Instructions:

Add all base ingredients to a high-speed blender

Blend until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick, add a splash more almond milk. If too thin, add more frozen banana or cauliflower

Pour into a bowl and smooth out the top
