Ingredients:

1 scoop (30g) of your favorite protein

1 tbsp oat flour (or almond/coconut flour)

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 whole egg (or 1 egg white + a splash of plant-based milk for a lighter version)

2–3 tbsp almond milk (adjust for consistency)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional, enhances red velvet flavor)

1 packet of stevia or your preferred sweetener

Optional: dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts
Topping (optional but recommended):

2 tbsp plain unsweetened Greek yogurt

1/2 scoop of protein powder

Stevia or honey to taste
Instructions:

In a large microwave-safe mug or bowl, mix all dry ingredients: protein powder, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sweetener

Add the egg, almond milk, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix until smooth and fully combined

Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if desired

Microwave for 60–90 seconds (depending on your microwave's power). Don’t overcook, it should be moist inside

While it cools slightly, mix the topping ingredients until smooth and creamy
