Ingredients
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or coconut) for creaminess
- 1/4 cup almond or oat milk (adjust based on desired consistency)
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for a chocolatey touch, which pairs perfectly with berries)
- 1/2 tsp chia or flax seeds (optional for added fiber and omega-3s)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes to taste
- A few drops of stevia or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until smooth and well combined. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more almond milk
- Serve in a large glass, and if desired, top with some fresh berries or an extra sprinkle of cocoa powder on top
