Citrus Mint Creatine Refresher

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 cup cold sparkling water (or mineral water)

  • Juice of 1 fresh lime

  • 3–4 thin cucumber slices

  • 4–5 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 scoop (5 g) creatine monohydrate

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a glass, muddle (lightly crush) the cucumber slices and mint leaves to release flavor.

  2. Add lime juice, honey/agave (if using), and creatine. Stir until dissolved.

  3. Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.

  4. Garnish with a lime wedge or cucumber slice.
