1 cup cold sparkling water (or mineral water)

Juice of 1 fresh lime

3–4 thin cucumber slices

4–5 fresh mint leaves

1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for sweetness)

1 scoop (5 g) creatine monohydrate

Instructions:

In a glass, muddle (lightly crush) the cucumber slices and mint leaves to release flavor.

Add lime juice, honey/agave (if using), and creatine. Stir until dissolved.

Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water.
